Common questions

I can't sign in. Our apps are by invitation from your club. Ask your club administrator to send you a new invitation, or to confirm the email address on your family account.

I can't see live video. Live video is available to approved club members. Check that you are signed in and that your club has approved your account.

I want my data deleted. Email us from the address on your account, or contact your club administrator. See our privacy policy.
